Our focus is the development and application of
gaseous fuels.
We develop, manufacture, assemble, sell, kits & components for the
conversion of motor vehicles to LPG/CNG.
We also extend these application to other industrial products like
generators and
gensets.
CONVERSION METHOD
|
The entire fuel storage, supply & injection systems are replaced by the
CNG conversion system. In place of the Petrol/Diesel tank, gas cylinders
are mounted under the chassis. Engine cylinder head & piston are
optimized for CNG fuel mode of operation and Injectors are replaced by
spark plugs. |

Electronic ignition system replaces the fuel injection system.
Engine suction manifold is also modified by installing air gas mixer
and a throttle valve for feeding the gaseous fuel in the engine.

While the engine specifications; bore, stroke length & piston dia etc.
remains the same as that of diesel version, power and torque of the
engine show marked improvement. The smoke emission is drastically
reduced to almost 80%. The engine vibration lowers down resulting in
quieter and smoother engine operation. |
